Back for volume two of his two thousand year old journey to find the blessed cheesemakers, Keith has landed in a time where finally he is no longer plagued by bad coffee, a lack of toasties, and an overbearing mother determined to let the world know he is not the messiah, and that he’s just a naughty naughty boy.
However, if you’ve ever experienced a mouth full of our Keith toastie, you would know that Keith is in fact a saviour of sorts, just maybe not the messiah.
Served up black you’ll taste dark chocolate, salted caramel anddried apricot, in milk, smooth, choc hazelnut & neopolitan ice cream.
As espresso, Keith would shoot for 21g of coffee, 48-52g of espresso and a 29-33 second extraction. This blend may not be the messiah, but it is a saviour to your morning woes, and will do so as Stovetop, Plunger, Aeropress and V60 (if you're into more classic roast development flavours)

Would fit right in around Fitzroy or Newtown, this industrial coffee warehouse does great coffee and amazing toasties. I had Keith. Was bloody delicious!!

Excellent batch brew and the most delicious toasties. Limited seating, but definitely worth it!! Friendly staff and efficient service. One of my favourite coffee spots on the coast.
