Single Origin - Espresso Roast
This is a rotating single origin with a roast profile based on our lighter, more modern blend (seasonal blend). It will feature constantly changing single origins, highlighting the diverse differences you'll find from around the world. It'll be clean, sweet and super smashable. This option is designed to work with any brew method, but will be most ideal for coffee's that you'd also serve with milk. The acidity will be bright and clean, but there'll be more body and sweetness than the usual singles, allowing a touch of roast character that will shine with milk.
As espresso, we'd aim for 21g of coffee, 48-50g of espresso and a 29-33 second extraction. However it'll be pretty darn versatile and will work in Stovetop, Plunger, Aeropress and V60 (if you like a little more of that classic coffee expereince).
While it's worth noting all machines and grinders are different, here's where we'd start, then play around and tune it to your setup!
