For a while we opened upstairs, where you could drop by the roastery for a truly slow coffee experience.
Recently we decided to tweak the space, and it is well underway to open up for experiencial bookings for cuppings, classes and all things coffee.

Roasting

Brewing
There are countless ways to approach this final step in the journey to squeeze this delightful juice outta that bean.. but here are some of our general guidelines to help you along your way. We don't believe this is the be all and end all, but it's a great place to start!

Would fit right in around Fitzroy or Newtown, this industrial coffee warehouse does great coffee and amazing toasties. I had Keith. Was bloody delicious!!
Excellent batch brew and the most delicious toasties. Limited seating, but definitely worth it!! Friendly staff and efficient service. One of my favourite coffee spots on the coast.
