Who is Keith? You don’t know, we don’t know, but deep down we all know who he is. He’ll congest your heart more than any Easter egg, and is significantly more likely to send you to an early grave than resurrect you.

As espresso, Keith would shoot for 21g of coffee, 48-52g of espresso and a 29-33 second extraction. This blend may not be the messiah, but it is a saviour to your morning woes, and will do so as Stovetop, Plunger, Aeropress and V60 (if you're into more classic roast development flavours)

Tastes Like:
Served up black you’ll taste dark chocolate, butterscotch and hot cross buns, in milk it’s a smooth and sweet choc cross bun.

Best brewed between 10-45 days after roast, black or with milk.

While it's worth noting all machines and grinders are different, here's where we'd start, then play around and tune it to your setup!
