It's been 7 years since we signed a lease  for a warehouse in West Gosford back in 2019, and for those in the know, we have just had a momentus occasion where we have launched ourselves into a brand new day of Legend.

So to celebrate a momentus occasion, we approached our good friend chat GPT and asked the follwoing; 'Create me an image for a coffee bag label, it is to be called “Legend Coffee - brand new day” and encapsulates the story of Spiderman defeating his enemies but is about two hero’s (Pete and Tahki, who you may or may not know) conquering their foe (he who shan't be named) to take control of their kingdom (Legend). They live in outer space (cenny coast), one is greek (Tahki) and one is a white aussie (Pete).'

If you're in the know, you'll understand, a bit of IYKYK... And if you're not in the know, never mind, you get to score yourself a limited bag full of delicious goodness and get to rest assured that with 7 years under the belt, there are more than many better years to come!

To conquer your spro, hit it with 21g of coffee, yield at 44-48g in the cup and a 29-33 second extraction. But don’t give up if espresso isn’t for you, victory will come with a Stovetop, Plunger or Aeropress.

While it's worth noting all machines and grinders are different, here's where we'd start, then play around and tune it to your setup!

BLENDS:
Dose: 21 grams
Yield: 45 grams
Time: 28-32 seconds
Ratio (dry coffee:espresso): 1/2.1

These are roasted light, with great developement.. so leaves us running a couple recipes:

Light & Bright
Dose: 19 grams
Yield: 56 grams
Time: 17-18 seconds
Ratio (dry coffee:espresso): 1/2.9

Syrupy & Sweet
Dose: 19 grams
Yield: 58 grams
Time: 24-28 seconds

Extend brew time to make it stronger, shorten brew time if you want a mellower brew.
